Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ProLab (“we”, “us”) collects through prolab.it.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — whatever you include when you message us on WhatsApp, email info@prolab.it.com or type into the on-site AI assistant, such as your name, your business and how to reach you. There is no contact form on this site.
- Conversations — messages you type into the on-site AI assistant are sent to our AI provider to generate the answer; the assistant endpoint also holds your IP address briefly in memory to limit request rates. If you use the live voice demo: Audio is processed by our voice provider to run the demo.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type and the pages requested, as recorded in our hosting provider's standard server logs. This site does not run an analytics script.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the services you ask for.
- To run the AI assistant and the voice demo.
- To keep the site running and secure.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and our services (hosting, messaging and AI providers), each bound to use it only on our instructions.
When you tap a WhatsApp button you leave our site and message us through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. We keep the conversation to respond to you and to manage our work together.
Cookies and storage
We set no cookies of our own and use no advertising or analytics cookies. The site keeps three flags in your browser's session storage — that the loading screen has already played, that you have seen the chat tip, and how many messages you have sent to the AI assistant in this session — all of which clear when you close the tab.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Assistant and voice-demo conversations are processed by the providers named above; email info@prolab.it.com if you want a conversation deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@prolab.it.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
