What do you need ready to launch a Shopify store in 3 days?
By the ProLab teamPublished Updated 5 min read
Short answer
A Shopify store can go live in 3 days when the decisions are made before day one. You need your product list with prices and photos, your logo and brand colours, your policies, your domain, and a payment provider application already in progress. ProLab then runs a fixed sequence: structure and products, design and payments, QA and launch.
Key facts
- Day 1
- Structure & products
- Day 2
- Design & payments
- Day 3
- QA & launch
- Languages
- Arabic & English
- After launch
- 24/7 support
What should you prepare before day one?
Three days is a build timeline, not a decision timeline. A launch slips when something on this list arrives late, so have it ready first.
| Have this ready | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Product list: names, prices, variants, stock | Day one is structure and products. A spreadsheet is fine. |
| Product photos | The single biggest factor in how the store looks. Consistent backgrounds beat expensive cameras. |
| Logo, colours, any brand guidelines | Design happens on day two and cannot wait for a logo. |
| Shipping rules: where you deliver, what you charge | Needed for checkout to work at all. |
| Return, refund, privacy and terms policies | Customers and payment providers both expect them. |
| Domain name, or the name you want | Connecting a domain can take time to spread across the internet. |
| Payment provider application started | Approval runs on the provider's timeline and needs your business documents. |
| Product names and descriptions in Arabic and English | The store is built in both languages. |
What happens on each of the three days?
- Day 1: Structure & products.
- Day 2: Design & payments.
- Day 3: QA & launch.
What each day covers for your store is part of the scope, and the scope is agreed on WhatsApp before day one. That is what makes a fixed price and a fixed date possible. See Shopify stores for the packages.
You know the price before we start. Published packages are fixed; systems and agents are scoped.
Start on WhatsAppWhat should you check on launch day?
Place a real order yourself, on your own phone, before you tell anyone the store is open. Then go through this list.
- A test order completes with every payment method you offer, including cash on delivery if you use it.
- The order confirmation arrives by email, with the right store name and logo.
- Shipping charges are correct for each delivery area.
- Every page reads correctly in Arabic and in English, on a phone.
- The domain opens the store with the padlock showing.
- Policies are linked in the footer and at checkout.
- The WhatsApp button opens a chat with the right number.
What should you do in the first week after launch?
- Add the store to Google Search Console and submit the sitemap, so product pages can be indexed.
- Set up your Google Business Profile if you have a location or serve a local area.
- Send the store to your existing customers on WhatsApp before you spend on ads.
- Watch where the first visitors drop off, and fix the most common exit page first.
- Answer every enquiry fast. Speed of reply is the cheapest advantage a new store has.
If messages start to outrun your team, that is the moment for WhatsApp automation: replies, order updates and follow-ups that run by themselves.
