How much does a website cost in Dubai in 2026?
By the ProLab teamPublished Updated 6 min read
Short answer
A business website in Dubai has two costs: a one-time build and a small yearly running cost. ProLab publishes its build price: an AI-powered website from AED 3,999, live in 3 days, with an AI chatbot, a WhatsApp button, Arabic and English, and SEO/AEO set-up included. Larger sites, online stores and custom systems are quoted per project before work starts.

What are you actually paying for?
A website quote bundles several different jobs. Knowing which ones are in the price is the only way to compare two quotes fairly, because a low quote and a high quote are rarely the same list of work.
| Part of the job | What it covers | Ask the agency |
|---|---|---|
| Structure and copy | Which pages exist, what each one says, who writes it | Do you write the text, or do I supply it? |
| Design | Layout, typography, images, mobile layout | Is it designed for my brand or a template with my logo? |
| Build | The working pages, forms, speed, accessibility | What does it score on a phone, on Google's own speed test? |
| Languages | Arabic and English versions, right-to-left layout | Is Arabic a real version or an automatic translation? |
| Lead capture | WhatsApp button, chatbot, forms, call tracking | Where does an enquiry land, and how fast do I see it? |
| Search set-up | Titles, structured data, sitemap, Search Console | Will the site be indexed and verified at handover? |
ProLab's AI-powered websites start from AED 3,999 and are live in 3 days, with an AI chatbot, a WhatsApp button, Arabic and English, SEO/AEO set-up, analytics and hosting on Vercel.
What makes one website cost more than another?
Five things move the price. If a quote is much higher or lower than you expected, one of these is usually the reason.
- Number of unique page layouts. Ten pages that share one layout cost far less than ten pages that are each designed separately.
- Languages. A proper Arabic version is a second layout, mirrored right to left, with its own copy and its own search set-up. At ProLab, Arabic and English are both included.
- Selling online. A catalogue, a cart, payments, delivery rules and tax settings make it a store. See what a Shopify store costs in the UAE.
- Integrations. Connecting the site to a CRM, a booking system, WhatsApp automation or an ERP is custom work and is quoted per project.
- Content. Photography, video and written copy are often the largest hidden cost when they are not included.
You know the price before we start. Published packages are fixed; systems and agents are scoped.
Start on WhatsAppWhat does a website cost per year after launch?
The build is paid once. A few things are paid every year, usually to someone other than the agency. None of them is large, but they should be in your budget from day one.
| Yearly cost | Paid to | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Domain name | A domain registrar | A .ae domain is bought from a registrar accredited by the UAE's .ae Domain Administration. A .com is bought from any registrar. Register it in your own company's name. |
| Hosting | The hosting platform, unless your agency includes it | Hosting on Vercel is included with ProLab's AI-powered websites. With any agency, ask who owns the hosting account. |
| Business email | Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or similar | Charged per user by the email provider. |
| Changes and support | Your agency | ProLab includes 24/7 support with every published package. |
Published price or custom quote: which should you ask for?
A published price works when the scope is known in advance: a company website, a service business, a landing site for a campaign. You know the starting cost before you send a message, and the delivery time is part of the offer.
A custom quote is the honest answer when the scope is not known yet: a portal with logins, a marketplace, a booking engine tied to your operations. One price for an unknown scope is either padded or wrong.
| You need | Pricing model | At ProLab |
|---|---|---|
| A business website with lead capture | Published starting price | From AED 3,999, live in 3 days |
| An online store on Shopify | Fixed packages | AED 3,999, AED 8,999 or AED 9,999 |
| AI automation, an AI voice agent, a CRM or ERP | Scoped quote | Agreed on WhatsApp before the build |

How do you compare two website quotes?
Put both quotes against the same seven questions. A quote that cannot answer them is not cheaper, it is incomplete.
- What is the delivery date, and what happens if it is missed?
- Who writes the copy and supplies the images?
- Is Arabic included, and is it a mirrored layout or a translation plugin?
- Who owns the domain, the hosting account and the code at handover?
- Is the site set up in Google Search Console, with a sitemap submitted?
- What does support cover after launch, and how do I reach it?
- Is the price one-time, and does it include VAT?
